Where do you ship?

At the moment, we ship within the United Kingdom only.
Stay tuned — we plan to expand internationally in the future! 🌍


How much does shipping cost?

Delivery is free on all UK orders.
No minimum spend required — because great products shouldn’t come with extra fees.


When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days, and shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after your order is placed.
You’ll receive an email once your order is on its way.


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number.
Use that number to track your delivery directly on the courier’s website.


What is your return policy?

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.

How can I return or exchange an item?

Just email us at contact@thermomiix.com with your order number and a brief reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the process step by step.


When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
We’ll email you once it’s processed.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We process all payments securely through PayPal, which also accepts major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Once your order has been dispatched, modifications may not be possible.
