Limited Warranty Coverage

Our 30-day limited warranty, effective from the date of delivery, covers the following:

  • Faulty workmanship or materials

  • Major product damage not caused by the customer

If your product arrives with a defect under normal use, we will:

  • Replace it with an identical or equivalent product, or

  • Offer a store credit or full refund if a replacement is not available


What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper washing, or alteration

  • Size or fit issues (sizes are based on the provided size chart)

  • Claims made after 30 days from the date of purchase


How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item is covered by this warranty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Send an email to contact@thermomiix.com including:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product showing the problem

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.


Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Exchange the item (subject to stock availability), or

  • Refund the full amount to your original payment method

Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the issue is verified under warranty.
